Shipping and delivery only on business days. Production and Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
If you order a combination of collector plate, canvas wraps or framed art, the production time may be 5-10 days .We ship items together in one shipment).
In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we ship multiple items at the same time. In the event that an item is ready for shipment before the next, we may hold the rest of your items if we expect the item to be ready within a couple of days. As soon as the item is ready, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.
AVERAGE TRANSIT (SHIPPING) TIMES
Your order will arrive based on the "production time" PLUS "the shipping transit time". For example, if your production time is 5-7 business days and you sellect Ground delivery, you should expect to receive your order in 4-9 business days, depending where you are located in the US.

All orders will ship via FedEx or UPS.
Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has gone into production and that your card has been charged. It may take up to 5 TO 7 days from receipt of your order confirmation for your items to be ready to ship. You will receive another e-mail once the item has shipped with tracking information.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive a e-mail with tracking information. If for any reason you are not sent your tracking number, give us a call and we will provide you with one.
A signature is required upon delivery. Our carrier will attempt to deliver to your address 3 times. bibbsart.com is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package. SHIP WITH NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED: Customers can request to “ship with no signature required”. Should you waive signature upon delivery, neither our shipping carrier nor bibbsart.com can be held responsible for your package once it is left at your door.
PLACES NOT ELGIBLE FOR DELIVERIES
FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.
We do not accept online orders for shipment to international addresses.
Should you need to ship your items to multiple destinations, you will have to place multiple orders.
Occasionally FedEx experiences shipping delays. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping charges in these circumstances as UPS does not refund these charges to us.
We use recycled and recyclable shipping and packing materials whenever possible.
DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as FedEx has inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may receive a full refund, return it to us for an exchange, online store credit or combination of both within 2 days of receiving the item. Online store credits can be used at our online store only and will expire after 1 year. Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs.
To make a return, please call us at 951 682 8185 or email us at email@example.com for a return authorization form BEFORE you send back the item. Upon approval, we will then email you this form. Please include a print out of this Return Form with the merchandise you are returning. Items without a return authorization form cannot be accepted. bibbsart.com is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping. We strongly encourage you to pack and seal the merchandise safely and securely, ideally in its original packaging. We recommend using UPS or FedEx and insuring the item for its full value. Once we receive the merchandise, the return will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with either your refund information, online store credit information, or an order confirmation for the item you have requested in exchange.
