DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as FedEx has inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may receive a full refund, return it to us for an exchange, online store credit or combination of both within 2 days of receiving the item. Online store credits can be used at our online store only and will expire after 1 year. Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs.
To make a return, please call us at 951 682 8185 or email us at email@example.com for a return authorization form BEFORE you send back the item. Upon approval, we will then email you this form. Please include a print out of this Return Form with the merchandise you are returning. Items without a return authorization form cannot be accepted. bibbsart.com is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping. We strongly encourage you to pack and seal the merchandise safely and securely, ideally in its original packaging. We recommend using UPS or FedEx and insuring the item for its full value. Once we receive the merchandise, the return will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with either your refund information, online store credit information, or an order confirmation for the item you have requested in exchange. Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. However, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. If the corrected price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.
All orders shipped within the State of California will be charged the California sales tax. Orders shipped outside of the State of California will not be charge taxes, including international orders.
We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund or credit.
We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.

The state or federal courts located in the State of California will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between us in relation to our products or services.
